RMCS **** - legal route

<p>A week ago i was made aware that my prepaid sim card had been coverted to a contract, without my consent, by RMCS. Due to this my sim swap request could not be processed by Vodacom. I'd then logged a query with RMCS to cancel the contract and revert my sim to prepaid - this was requested on Sunday, 12th Jan. I was then told that it would take 24-48 hours to terminate, however I am still waiting. It has been over 1 week and everytime i try to call them, they give me some nonsense about my query still needing to be addressed. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am sick of waiting and sick of these **********. This is *******!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>If they do not cancel the contract and revert my sim to prepaid, I will go the legal route.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please resolve ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
