RMCS Please bring back my number

they stole my information from edgars and converted my number to contract without my knowledge and authority, now in April I lost my phone, when requesting the sim swap from MTN, I was shocked to be told that i need to contact Edgars( RMCS) since they are the "owners" of my number MTN cant even access it, it has been 3 months trying to reclaim my number of which i was told it will take 48 to convert it back, that didn't happened, it has been 3 months without my number of which is the number connected to all my daily essential services
