RMCS Mobile Contract Cancellation

I tried to apply for a cellphone contract, only to be told that my cellphone number is already on a monthly contract, although I have not given anyone permission to put me on a monthly contract. After speaking with Vodacom, they informed me that it isn't with them, but with RMCS. I have been phoning this company since 30 August 2018 to cancel this contract and all they keep saying is that someone will be in contact with me. This is unacceptable considering that never app**** for a contract with RMCS, and never gave anyone permission to put me on this contract. Please cancel the service IMMEDIATELY!
