RMCS Making my life hell

Firstly I was given a Contract with RMCS without My consent... No telephonic or contractual agreement was made with me. I just received a message from Vodacom informing me that i have been moved to being a contract subscriber and that all my talking points will be depleted. I phoned RMCS to cancel after Vodacom gave me their number and they agreed to cancel but nothing happened.

On 1/08/2015 I lost my phone and wanted to do a Sim swap but Vodacom told me I still have a contract with RMCS and need to call them for a Sim swap. It took me a lot of calls and more than three weeks to get a Sim swap done.

Subsequently I called RSMS in the same week to block my Cellphone and they told me and Agent will call me and the never did. when I call them back they just say \we tried calling you on a so and so date and you did not pick up"and that is a lie. I don't know how the Edcon Group is allowing This company to treat their customers like this. I really disappointed because my cellphone insurance hasn't paid me and I still don't have a phone."""
