RMCS is doing *****!!!!

I am A Vodacom Prepaid client, I just found out that i am a RMCS client with a contract with them for a Flexi 55 Package which i never signed for or app**** for any contrack with , this is *****!!!!! . I never even received any airtime from them . Now that i want to change my Vodacom contract to FNB Cell contract they are blocking me and refusing to released me from my Prepaid
