RMCS IS A ****

My prepaid cell number that I've been using for over 5 years has been converted to contact without my consent by RMCS. I've been trying for a week now to fix this but to no success. All I get is empty promises from clueless agents who give me different answers every time I make a call. Vodacom on the other hand who I have my cell number with is just as bad because they can't explain to me how it's possible that my number can just be changed to contact without my knowledge. This has been a nightmare for me because I use my number for everything! RMCS needs to be investigated. This is in contravention of RICA laws. This is *****!
