RMCS incompetence service

I'm really having a problem with RMCS I lost my phone and called them to perform a sim swap on the 28th of December still today nothing is happening they keep on telling me it is being processed and I've been using my airtime to contact them main while they stole my number and put it to their contract without my consent i want my number back to cell c my sim swap would've been working by now I really don't understand what's their reason to just take someone's number and convert it to their contract I'm so seriously mad at RMCS I want my number back to cell c I never asked them for any contract
