Rmcs hijacked my prepaid cell number!

I wish to voice my strongest possible objection and disgust to the hi-jacking of my vodacom pre-paid cell number!<br> I called Vodacom's help line, I was informed that my pre-paid number was now a contract number, and that there was nothing they could do as it was now under the control of an entity called RMCS who I have never heard of! At no time was I contacted about this conversion to a contract, and it was done totally without my permission, consent or knowledge!<br> <br> I logged this complaint the 29th of February, Ruth said they will contact me up to date no one contacted me to solve the problem.
