RMCS Hijacked my pre paid cellphone

Yesterday, 29/02/2016, I received an sms notifying me that my cellphone was now on a contract. Contacted VODACOM and was told this was done by a company called RMCS and that Vodacom could do nothing about this. Apparently this company is part of EDGARS/JET. I was given a cellphone number to contact ***.<br> The first person I spoke to (Freddy) told me he could do nothing because it had to be dealt with by the cancellations department. I insisted on speaking to a manager and was told the manager was out. After further insistence on my part he put me through to the 2nd person (Dubuzile) who assured me this would be dealt with by there admin department and I would receive a call before close of business. This did not happen. At 09:30 this morning I called again and was given another number ***. I have called 3 times and there is no response.<br> I want my number back on pre-paid, BIS reinstated and all my talking points returned.<br> THIS IS *****.
