RMCS hashrefused to cancel my airtime subscription

RCMS has indirectly but clearly refused to cancel my airtime subscription I have with them through Jet. I have contacted them numerous times and because they don't value their customers at all they choose to blatantly lie and tell me that the contract has been cancelled. Now that I lost my phone and need my number back I can not do a simswop because my service provider tells me I am under RCMS. I certainly think I do qualify to take this up with a higher authority because they are not about to do anything if they have failed to do something in such a long time, maybe the OMBUDS will take me seriously. <br> Add a new Rcms Report
