<p>My cell number was on contract with vodacom, contract ended then I converted it to prepaid, then ported my number to cell c, since the 11may2017 my number is back on contract without signing up, now my line has been suspended, and cannot receive any calls, I have contacted my service provider, they advised me to contact rmcs, I have contacted them several times, with also sending several emails, and still no response I speak to the agents at the call centre they still working on it how long more must I wait for my number to be released or unsuspended and converted back to prepaid.</p>
