RMCS DONT WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT

<p>Hello</p> <p>I took cellc contract with jet few years back.now I want to close the acount but iam unable to close becouse rmcs dont want to cancel the contract.I have called in so many times but keep telin me its under process they will contact me but they didnt.I spoke to Mduduzi he gav me ref no ********** 41406 but aftr that they charged me.my simcard is also lost am not utilising the airtime.they told me its 24 to 48 hours but its been a month now</p> <p>My cellc sim number is ********** 251</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me.</p>
