RMCS contract cancellation

Good day. My SIM card has been converted into a contract SIM by RMCS. When I called Vodacom my number from Prepaid was just moved over from RMCS to contract of R55 airtime per month, I have never ever signed a contract or requested a contract ever from these people? I want my number back immediately ... this is appalling. I want my phone number corrected TODAY..
