RMCS cancelling cell number without knowledge.

RMCS act as a company that supply account holders of Jet & Edgars with cellphone contracts. In my case I have never dealt with any of the above mentioned companies or have accounts with them. I have had my cellphone without a contract with the same number for more then 10 years. <br> RMCS saw fit to put a stop to my sim card without my knowledge. Inquiring about this at Vodacom, they confirmed I have a contract with RMCS which I was totally unaware of. To get hold of RMCS or their head office became a complete nightmare. Promises of 48 hours reversal and sorting out the problem came and went. Return calls never materialised and I have to keep following up on the problem but to no avail. Up til now, 10 days later I have had no response from RMCS and no cell phone. To change my number will create major inconvenience. Be warned stay clear from RMCS!!!
