RMCS BAD SERVICE

I have been trying to get RMCS to cancel my subscription and asked them several times to go back to prepaid but everytime i call i get different Ref no,s i no longer have even an account with Jet or Edgars .It's more than 2 years now im calling in for assistance and all i get is those different Ref no,s
