I have never in my entire life experienced such disgusting service by an service provider!!!!!! How does it take 6 weeks to process a sim swop!!! They demanded i pay R140 into their bank account 6 weeks ago, asked me to send the proof of payment 15 times and the courier has been on their way for the last 3 weeks! I DEMAND my sim swop to be sorted!
