RMCS and Vodacom useless

I have had a pre paid phone for years and now suddenly I hear that I have a contract with RMCS. I want to see the paperwork where I signed for this contract. I want to be corrected back to my prepaid number TODAY. I am not going to stay with Vodacom in any event. I will rather go to a service provider that actually provides a service!!!
