RMCs and jet are ****

i have never had a contract with RMCS but they are billing me i don't know since from when,and i have last used the sim card they load airtime on in may 2015.i tried calling jet to cancel but instead of assisting me they told me to call RMCS and cancel it myself. l have been calling RMCS for the past two months to cancel and refund my money and they have not been helping. below are some of the reference numbers i got From RMCS: ********** 509 ********** ********** 38
