RMCS Airtime ****

<p>My mother(58) has been using her SIM for more than 20 years and in 2014 she received a call from Vodacom regarding airtime specials which she did not confirm but to her surprise, she received free airtime at the end of the month and her account was debited. She called them to cancel and they asked her to pay R710 as a settlement which she paid at Voda shop in Thohoyandou. Her number was never activated and she started receiving calls from debt collector compony telling her she owes Vodacom R1800. they are threatening to blacklist her now.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have tried to call Vodacom to stop all this nonsense situation but they tell us this was done by their third party company called RMCS and they do not have power to stop them even though these guys uses Vodacom name to get customers. we also went to Voda shops who told us to go to RMCS.</p> <p> </p> <p>RMCS does not answer their calls.</p>
