RMCS

I received a sms from RMCS offering R49 airtime through Edgars account. I bought a phone and contacted Vodacom to do a simswapt and discovered that they have blocked my numbers saying I have a contract with them and Vodacom cannot do the simswap, they must get the permission from. I went to Edgars Festival mall because to cancel the services because I did not sign the contract with them. The lady at Egdats cell phone desk called RMCS and I spoke to Tshidi who had a bad attitude not wanting to cancel my contract and I asked to speak to the supervisor and she put me through to then Tumi/Dumi who also had an attitude and gave me the numbers to call RMCS head office( *** . The Edgars cell phone department called the number and no one answered and it was during business hours. Tumi and Tshisi said I will get a call back from RMCS and up to date I have not heard from RMCS
