Ridiculously poor service! This is atrocious

My phone was ****** a week ago and I contacted RMCS to do a sim swop last week Monday the 10 February 2019. They advised a 48 hour turns around time and when I called many days later they advised that they mean 48 business hours which essentially gives them a week. They do not make this clear and further inconvenience me as a sim swop at MTN would literally have taken less than 30 minutes. I’ve had to make numerous calls to the company and their tedious process to cancel and then only do a sim swop is beyond ridiculous! How can a simple thing like a sim swop take 6 days???? This is appalling!!!
