Restore my network
My contract was cancelled and move to prepaid and then locked my mobile number without my knowledge. Restore my mobile number. This has cost me business as my clients and family cant reach me.

Please be informed your number was converted to a contract VIP number, thus being a Vodacom VIP contract cellphone number there is no charge to the contract but rather that you were receiving free airtime every month, kindly note that this benefit has now been discontinued with the network provider.
Your number has been converted to prepaid. All you need to do is to consult Vodacom to RICA your number and it will be fully activated.
