Repairs disgusting service

I have a big issue with the company called Blue Label Connect. My phone stopped working two months ago, so I emailed them because I have a contract with them. They collected the phone on June 26th 2024, but to this day no one has a clue where my phone is and they keep making excuses that it will be delivered in the next 24 hours, but the 24 hours has turned into two months. I feel this company ****med me and I have nowhere to go. Every time I follow up with them it's excuses.
