REMOVE MY NAME FROM CREDIT BUREAU FOR A PHONE I NEVER USED

I think you should go through the trouble of making sure my name is removed from the Credit Bureau because if you were professional enough, it wouldn't be there in the first place. I don't know where the Credit Bureau is or how I can send the letter of cancelation as you advised and I don't even know if I have means to. So please ensure that my name is removed because I kept getting messages about my bad credit report because of this.
