Remove me from your contract

I want this RMCS to take me out of their contract since i never app**** one. How dare they are, since February and they gave me only reference and said they will do it in a week even today, they must take me back to Vodacom. How dare JET give them my contact details since i have the account with them..Hellopeter please help me
