Refund my money taken without my permission

I didn't know Bluelabel up until I got a suprise in my Edgar's account. Bluelabel started deducting money from my Edgar's account with out my approval or authorisations. Never used their service but they denting my name as my Edgar's account has been always on short fall no movement. I have tried several times to engage Bluelabel on this matter now it's almost 6 months it's still on investigation but when they took my money they did not investigate for almost 6 months. I want all my money deducted on my account to be put back to my account this matter is long overdue.
