Refund my account
This company debited R5099 in my RCS account for a contract phone I cancelled,but surpriseingly there logistic calls to inform you their delivery truck has been hijacked,also claiming to be working under it yet it's a lie, I haven't been refunded until today yet I've emailed there proof of the debit, all the time they will escalate the matter further, still debiting R179 in my account. I want my refund if not I think all of us should take further steps towards blue label,it's very painful to pay every month for something you didn't use

20 Jun 2025, 11:41Now it's the 6th month,While in March a lady called Busisiswe from your head office call me for a proof of purchase which I did provide n also said it's the only thing blue label needs in order to refund me, now u're telling me about investigation, u giving me no other choice then to contact the ambusman's offices
