Refund my account

In May I recieved a call from Game stating I need to pay my account that have a zero balance that I disputed only to be told that I subscribed to some techno vouchers from a company called Blu label connect I immediately queried with them only to be told that it takes 30 calender days to cancel my subscription that I also questioned as to why should I wait for something I did not subscribe to I then asked to be transfered to a manager or team leader only to be told that the manager is in a meeting and will call me back and up until today no manager has called me back I queried it again and again only to be told that it shows on the system it's canceled yet I'm still getting calls from Game as my account has a balance of plus minus R550 and I haven't purchased on my Game account since 2024 as the nearest store has closed down. Now tell me why should I be paying for vouchers I did not use as I dont even know what it's for it's just frustrating
