Refund due that they dont wanna pay

The frustration of getting your own money back, I made arrangements to debit my account which is in arreas for the normal debit order, but for the last few months they went into my account and deducted twice which I did'nt mind now the month of March they deducted 3 times now they refuse to refund me is waited from the 20/03/2025 until 04/04/2025 with me doing the follow ups just to hear I have no refund due because of the arreas, they are so quick to call for arrangments but not when i comes to giving your own money back, now another refund request was logged and I have to wait another 15 days then they probally going to deduct 3 times again.
