When I called Vodacom to do a sim swap only to find out I have a contract with RMCS which I never agreed to or signed any documents nor verbally agreed which is a great concern regarding my personal details and that is definitely *****.I called RMCS call centre no *** spoke to Neokozo ref *** asked her about this contract and why do I have one she told me my number don't exist she needs to send it to admin who will check I out and only come back to me after 48 hrs not acceptable my questions is why do they have as call centre ? I also asked to speak to a manager she said thy are no managers available no else could assist me.
