RCS/EDGARS (JET) MOBILE SUBSCRIPTION

I have an account with RCS/Edgars (Jet). I noticed that I'm charged for mobile subscription on my account. I started correspondence with RCS on 21 January 2025. They directed me to Blue Label Connect and IUA Business Solutions. They acknowledge receipt of my query and informed me that an agent will contact me within 24 hours. Various follow up emails were send and up-to-date I did not receive any feedback from them in writing. I want to know why am I charged if I do not have a cellphone contract with them or signed up for any. This is unacceptable that they charge me. Can this be investigated please
