Query not being seen to

So i have been emailing you back and forth but im still getting no feeback regarding my query,you guys first didnt explain the contract correctly and told me the matter was escalated to the manager,since the 17 june i haven't heard anything from you,then when i query today i was told "sorry for the inconvenience" and asked if i want to cancel my contract and have my money reversed when i reply yes i want to cancel the whole contract i get told by a other consultant on the same whatsapp platform i cannot cancel as the 7day period is pass however i was just asked a hour ago if i want to cancel and receive a refund,i was the one being inconvenience and the Manager is too BUSY to sort out queries to even send a email or an update,i want ANSWERS ASAP
