Prescription letters required

I had 2 cell phone contracts about 4 year ago sthat I paid every month until I was retrenched I was unable to continue payment since then I have been at home and just discovered that I have been listed for them I would like to request for prescription letters for both of them as per the credit act please as they have passed 3 years without contact and for my credit profile to be updated as it's affecting my score and in turn my ability to find work
