Poor services and unprofessional lazy employees

Blue label connect converted my vodacom number to their contract without my knowledge and concern. Now I lost my sim card and I phoned them to assist me in sim swop, they failed because they like to be under control of things they can't be responsible of. I decided to phone them several times to reverse my number back to prepaid, they pretended to help me, but they did nothing. Can someone assist me to reverse my number to prepaid?
