Poor service over 5months

I received a call from blue label connect agent around early February telling me about how I have been honouring my account and said I will be compasated with a phone and wanted to understand about the call I then went to Jet store to ask what I have received from blue label if it's correct or ****,after three days I received a phone I then went back to store we called blue label again to understand if they will be any charges then we were told that agent has done a contract with the client hence the is a phone.And client was told that the be no fee as he is a great customer.On the 18/02/2025 R3499.00 was deducted from my RCS account which I don't know why as I asked them to come collect the device but it was never collected been spending my money going to store so they can call blue label to collect the phone but it never happened even today I still have the sealed box with a brand new phone and every time we call them they say pick up has been allocated but never happened.i provide them with the reference from February to my surprised they only have one ref for June 2025 the other reference they say system can't pick them up while we were given by their agent I just want my money back to my account I don't ever want anything to do with blue label connect as they have treated me so badly my account is now in arrears because of them.even their superior could assist us
