POOR SERVICE DELIVERY

I was promised to have my package delivered by Monday but it didn't happen,I called on Tuesday they transferred my call to their courier provider,which I was promised to receive my package on Wednesday,and it never happen I again when I called the courier they said the delay was caused by the change of address and they promised to deliver today,when I called them today guy told me that my package was loaded at 9:15 this morning I will receive it before 5 pm today,which has never happened, when I call them they hang up on me.please be careful I think Blue label connect is a ****
