Poor service

Okay after months of struggling for them to update all my payments my account is paid up more than a month ago but till today im still waiting for my paid up letter these people still taking the debit order that i asked them to cancel now they need to refund me but like today i phoned them the consultant said he will phone me back still waiting. Your service is horrible i will not recommend this place to anyone. Most of your consultants ar uneducated i don't think anyone there knows how to do their word properly
