Poor Service

I have been trying to get hold of Blue Label Connect for over a year. I wish I read all the comments on Hello Peter before taking a contract with them. I took out a contract and they started deducting from my account and only received the phone 2 months later, so I payed for something I didn't have. Then the phone got ******, I tried contacting them and evently got hold of them for a replacement Sim card. I never received that Sim card till today. I still payed every month, and thought I was paid off. Today I'm shocked when I checked my credit report it shows I owe them money. How can that be? The contract was opened in 2017, I paid my 2years now I'm still owing money. Guys be very careful of this company, the deduct dubble from your account, you never get hold of them. Poor service.
