Poor Service

I have never has such bad service from a company like this. I struggle every month to receive Tax Invoice that I request on time. You will be sent from pillar to post with no joy. No one cares to call back and give you an update of anything. They put incorrect email address and no one is held accountable. I cannot wait for the 2 year contract to come to an end, I am fed up with Blue Label.
