Poor payment performance

Round about April / May of 2025, I had taken out a credit card with Makro in Cresta Mall. I had not used the card at all however a few weeks later I had received SMS’s and threatening phone calls from RCS stating that I owed them R1100, 00 which I had no knowledge about, After some investigating, I discovered the bills for that amount of money was fro Blue Label subscriptions which I’ve never app**** for or even spoken to an agent over the phone for. In May I contacted Blue Label Connect to cancel this subscription and was told it takes 30 days. I even have about 4 ref numbers which verifies my cancellations subscription, agin I was told they applying for proof of enrollment, which again takes 30 days, to day the 18 July is 30 days / month for investigations to be conducted, there is still no feed back from investigations, however they have been billing me ever since April to the tune of R1100,00, RCS has threatened to take me to the Credit Bureau and report me as a bad payer /poor payment performance, they are blackening my name for something I did not do, I’m at my wits end. Still no joy with their investigation, so to any other clients out there be very cautious when dealing with Blue Label Connect.
