Poor ********** service

On 10/02 I received smses saying conversion of my number to a vodacom contract has been successful and that my account will be debited within 48hours. My number was then loaded with airtime and since well I'm using a blackberry, my BIS was then taken away. Ever since the 10th Feb I am not able to use any of my social networking services and I can't buy any BIS. I did not authorize for my number to be converted into a contract number. I have since spoken to over 4 consultants at RMCS who all \logged a query"on my behalf and they all promised to call me back within 48hours from the times I called. To this day"
