Poor follow up interactions.
I Mpho have contract a phone from Blue label connect .It phone with monthly data of 500 MB day and 500MB nights shifts plus airtime. I have been loaded with those each month as stated . My problem is that I have been contacting Blue label via all their contact but not getting assisted regarding my complaints. My complaints are the phone switch itself of some hours . It some time switch off 12hour or 6H the other day it took full without getting back on if I try to On . The other matter is they have not opened or update their system to allow my phone to be active on Cell C network for internet connection.Meaning I have not been able to access internet.

We have included the T&C’s regarding repairs below, requesting the collection is deemed acceptance of the below, we will then proceed with the collection for assessment.
• Customers have a maximum of two collection attempts at our cost – if these both fail due to client error; the client will then need to send the device in at their own cost.

• A quotation will be generated and sent to the customer either by SMS or email. If a quotation is not responded to within 90 days, the device will be sold to defray costs and the customer will need to replace the device at their own cost. If a quotation is rejected, this will carry a diagnostic fee of R172.50 to have the device returned to the customer unrepaired
