Poor customer service and unauthorized charges which is undisputed

Here's a revised review:

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with blue label c connect. I cancelled my order the day I finished ordering and they confirm the cancelation ,but they still deducted the money from my account for the order that i did not received. Despite multiple emails, I haven't received a refund or a satisfactory response.

The lack of communication and poor customer service has left a bad taste. I would not recommend Phone Finders to anyone.
