POOR CLIENT SERVICES

It is with such frustration and feeling of helplessness that I compile this complaint. On 28 April I received an sms stating that 46 of my talking points had been redeemed and that I have R45 airtime. I thought nothing of it until I tried to make use of my phone and realized with fright my BIS Blackberry Services has been stopped. I immediately contacted Vodacom where they explained that I am now on the RMCS contract and will be receiving R45 airtime monthly. Under no circumstances did I ever agree to such a contract. Besides, what can one do with R45 airtime in this day and age anyway? Completely ridiculous. As requested by Vodacom, I logged a complaint directly with RCSM which is affiliated with Jet and Edgars. They confirmed that I am now on the said contract but would refer my complaint to the Technical Department. I received a call from the Technical Department only on the 30th of April stating that I would be removed from the contract and that in 48 hours, being Tuesday, 3 May 2016, my phone would be restored back to Pay as you Go. I am still waiting……. Today, 05 May 2016 I spoke to both a Consultant Temba, and Supervisor Vettie at RCSM and they had no information as to the complaint logged on 28 April 2016. Again, I was told to log a complaint and wait another 48 hours. Who is to say that after another 48 hours my phone would be restored?? I attempted to escalate my complaint as I believe this should be dealt with immediately, especially since I NEVER requested the contract and I was contacted by the Technical Department after logging the complaint the first time, therefore confirming the receipt of my complaint and the confirmation that I was not at fault. I expect this to be resolved today. I am a single mother and what do I do if I have an emergency and no means of contacting anyone?? This situation has left me in such a difficult predicament, not to mention the amount of money I have spent on calls and basically going in circles and getting nowhere! I would appreciate my phone to be restored as well as a formal apology from both RCSM and Vodacom for all the trouble they have caused.
