Poor client focus.

I took a cell phone contract with them on 2021 October ending 2023 September, and to my disappointment they are still taking the money on my bank account ,I have sent an email and they told me my matter has been escalated, I have phone them several times to no aid,instead their agents keep calling me for a new contract!,how can I do that after such treatment and even of I try and explain to them none is interested to that nor to help me, their focus is on advertising their products.
