PLEASE REFUND ME PLEASE

My RCS Mass build credit card was *****ed close to R6 000 in December, which I reported to RCS ***** department and their feedback was that I am liable for the purchases, which I am not. The purchases were from BlueLabel Connect, which works on subscriptions and RCS is aware that I am not subscribed to them. So RCS referred me to BlueLabel connect to assist with the refund, but I have been struggling to get feedback from them, as i have been calling and sending emails and every time they escalating my query to someone senior, but i never get feedback from them. Please give feedback and refund me PLEASE PLEASE!!!
