PLEASE HELP ME FROM **********

I NEED HELP. THIS PEOPLE IS RUINING MY CREDIT SCORE FOR A PHONE I DONT HAVE. I need into a new flat with my family and due to them im being declined. I took out a contract from them. Paid and got started. Not even 2 months the phone broke and wont work at all. The call centre advised that I need to send it back. They phoned me and told me i need to pay for the repairs, I said how can i pay for repairs on a new phone. they kept the phone and never sent it back. They phoned me repeatedly in asking to pay i asked them for my phone and they refused. These are *****'s. I read the reviews on GOOGLE and its in saine how this company is *****ing everyone and is getting away with it. Even Nible credit solutions is now in it aswell and taking part in this.
