please don't fall for cellphone contract with this company it's just a ****

I bought a cell phone contract with them last year February 2024 and on August I started to have a problem with the phone I call them they started by saying they will collect the phone after 10 days.i wait for them nothing happen.in September I call them again fighting they send a delivery guy to collect the phone.next day I call them again to find out how long it's going to take they promise 10 days.i wait for 15 days nothing happened no calls from them I call again the lady she told me that the phone it's not back for repair I ask them why it took so long as it's only a battery.she promise they will send it pack I call more than 10 times till to date I didn't receive that phone in December I stop paying their monthly installment they keep quite December,January end of February they started to call me instead of telling me about the phone they tell about the bill
