Please disconnect this contract!

They offered me a cellphone contract with data and the cellphone always restart when the data are uploaded by them and I haven't used those data ever since I took that contract. I am so disappointed by them since the company played with me because am desperate for a cellphone, their cellphone is not working when there's no data and when data comes in it reboots itself till data ends.
