Phone damaged

So I took a contract with them in August then September the phone stopped working it can’t switch on.i called and was told some repair department will contact me to arrange collection for the phone.since September I am left with a phone that is not working yet they busy deducting my money.i even lost count of how many times I’ve called and gotten empty promises.i have called I have emailed without help.
